i was a virtual fan at an nba playoffs round 1 game

i got into today’s game 2 with the nets and raptors. the nets are my team, and the raptors won the playoffs last year, so i was excited about the match-up.

getting a tofu press made a huge difference in my faux “egg” salad and my stress levels

when i started getting into reading vegan blogs, i saw how all of their tofu recipes looked so perfectly crisp and not soggy and my hypothesis was that they were properly pressing their tofu (spoiler alert: i was right). after reading some reviews, i got myself a tofuxpress. it arrived a couple of days later and i broke it in with some faux egg salad.

happy friday, friends. on monday i go back to work after a week off of self care and catching up on hobbies, old and new. i wanted to tell you about my newest. it all started a couple of weeks ago when a coupon insert told me i can get 200 used stamps for “–only $1.00” and i was like “hell yeah, count me in.”

compared to my lifestyle blogging peers, i am fairly new to Makeup, but i’ve been having lots of fun with it over the quarantine, both by putting it on and also watching how other folks put it on. it’s truly an art form and a great medium for creative expression. but there are so many different kinds of faces that it's hard to find an eye look that works for me.
