this week was one of those weeks where i felt like i was just going through the motions, living in the moment but feeling a bit out of body. i think it was a mix of the heat, the wildfire smoke, my period, and the windup and down of the world cup.
read more »i've been in a perpetual state of being 48 hours behind the rest of the world, and so is nearly the case with this retro. my week started out with me being really stressed about how i was going to do a good job at the 5 events i was responsible for being some sort of host at. but then that all kind of went out the window when my brother called to tell me our dad had a heart attack.
read more »i got into today’s game 2 with the nets and raptors. the nets are my team, and the raptors won the playoffs last year, so i was excited about the match-up.
